What this website collects
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.
When you send the contact form, what you type goes to our leasing team by email, through our email provider, and into our enquiry list in Google Workspace. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about, and we do not sell or share it. The form also notes which website or ad link brought you to us, if any (a Google search, say), and the first page you opened; your browser keeps that for the length of your visit only, not in a cookie. To have an enquiry removed, call or email us.
Maps are only loaded from Google when you press “Show the map”, and are then subject to Google’s privacy policy. Applications and resident accounts are handled by our property management software, Rent Manager, in Tenant Web Access.
