Evolution24 Properties was founded in 2024 by a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for property management. What began as an Airbnb venture now spans apartment buildings and houses in Rochester, Syracuse and Geneva.
As a family-owned company we keep things approachable: real people, quick answers, and homes we would be happy to live in ourselves.

Maintenance
Submit a work order online. For an emergency, call your property manager right away.
Pets welcome
Up to two per home: $300 non-refundable deposit and $45 a month per pet.
Storage
Extra storage at some properties. Ask when you apply.
