Founded in 2024 by a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for property management.
Our story
From one rental to 11 properties.
Evolution24 Properties began as an Airbnb venture. It grew into a portfolio of apartment buildings and houses across the Syracuse, Rochester and Geneva areas.
As a family-owned organization we are committed to a hands-on, approachable management style, and to going above and beyond on communication and service for our residents. We renovate with care, keep what makes an old building special, and answer when you call.

A historic home near downtown Syracuse and a restored Victorian in the village of Manlius.

Houses on South Main and Genesee Street, above Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes.
